Charlotte Stewart

Charlotte StewartMy name is Charlotte Allen Stewart.  I was born and raised in the Pacific island of the Philippines.  I am married to Ryan Stewart for 4 years and have a 3 year old son named Ryan also.  We moved to Roseville in 2008, where I have been a member of Abundant Life Fellowship since about that time.

I am involved with School of Ministry, co-lead the “Life Hurts and God Heals” ministry, volunteer with the Adopt-A-Block Ministry, co-lead “Beauty for Ashes” women’s ministry, and do music ministry when asked.  One of my gifts is singing.  I do love to sing Christian music.

I have considered myself close to God ever since I was 8 years old.  God has always been with me throughout my life.  God was and still is my friend.

When I was young, I grew up without my parents living with me.  So, back then, I already believed that, according to the word on Psalm 68:5, “A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling.”  God is a father to the fatherless.  When I was young, I had to grow up fast without my parents with me, and I wanted to have a father that could love and protect me.  So, God became my father.  He is my comforter and my best friend.  He taught me how to be compassionate towards people and to love the poor.  I only had one prayer that I asked and wished for God to give me.  That wish was for me to have a Dad that could love and protect me.   It was the year of 1986 when I arrived in the US, when I first met my father Al.   It was definitely a blessing coming from God to give me such wonderful parents.  I am very proud to be their daughter.  My parents were Al and Evangeline Allen.  They are now both in heaven with God.

Ever since I gave my life to Christ again, I started a ministry called “Bibles for the Poor”.  It wasn’t that long ago when I was able to send 1,000 Bibles to a local church in the Philippines.  My goal was to help and spread the word of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  According to the word in Mark 16:15 “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”  I am working on sending another 500 Bibles to the Philippines.  I believe that this is one of my callings and giftings from God.

This year, I was very fortunate to be part of, and be taken under Pastor Connie Donley’s, “Love In Action, Inc.” ministry as Vice President.  God knew that I needed help on my ministry and I am very thankful that God sent me Pastor Connie.

I am very passionate about my ministry.  I only want to do God’s will.  And so far, God has been good to me, and He has given me so many blessings.  I pray that I will not disappoint my Father in heaven.  And I will continue to do His will and serve only Him throughout my life.

Pam Wilsey

Pam Wilsey received Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior on November 11,1992, and got serious about it at the end of 1999, deciding to really look at who she was in Christ.  Through that she did a spiritual gifts assessment test and realized what her gifts were.  She began to attend the School of Ministry, starting at Heritage Church, in Lincoln, CA.  Pam then felt called to Abundant Life Fellowship in Roseville, CA, where she graduated from the Abundant Life School of Ministry while also taking counseling classes at Trinity Life Bible College.  From this, Pam realized that she wanted to work with women.

Pam began to counsel teenagers in the recovery group with Life Hurts God Heals, with Koinonia Foster Care in 2007, opening  up the door of ministry.  Within a year she became involved with adult women with Life Hurts God Heals, with Celebrate Recovery, as a Small Group Leader.

Pam’s passion for helping women grew stronger in her heart.  Through helping them with the addiction, and the residual affects of what it does to the damaged emotions, her passion to help people to really learn to live in the freedom of Christ grew even bolder.

Pam’s mission is to lead and encourage those in need of restoration and a renewed spirit.

Pam also has a Certification in Christian Counseling and is actively pursuing her Recovering Addition Certification.

Pastors Shyam & Bujji Edwin

Shyam has his Masters Degree in commerce and law, and he used to be a university professor before he was saved.  He was involved in a bus accident and badly injured his foot and was told he would not walk again.  But through the prayers of his Christian mother and her friends, God literally performed a miracle and Shyam’s foot was completely healed, right there in the hospital, and it is now totally normal.  This caused Shyam to give his life to the Lord.  He quit teaching at the university, and has given his life for Jesus and His Ministry from that point on.

Shyam and his wife, Bujji, run an orphanage and a Christian school in India.  They also pastor two churches.
